George-Ann Whitney moved from New Hampshire in October 2023, bringing with her 28 years of extensive property management experience. Throughout her career, she has managed a wide variety of real estate assets, including significant experience working with Homeowners Associations. Prior to joining this community, George-Ann served as a portfolio Certified Association Manager (CAM), overseeing nine associations simultaneously. George-Ann is passionate about working with homeowners and takes pride in building strong, positive relationships within the communities she serves. Her deep industry knowledge, hands-on management style, and genuine enjoyment of her work make her a dedicated and trusted professional in property management.
