Community Association Manager
Katie Geiman is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with extensive experience managing homeowners and condominium associations throughout Southwest Florida. As she transitions into a new role with ICON Management Services, she brings expertise in community operations, board governance, vendor management, budget administration, and regulatory compliance, with a special focus on newly developed and developer-transitioned communities.
Katie enjoys building strong relationships, improving processes, and helping create thriving communities for boards and homeowners alike.
Outside of work, Katie loves spending time with family and friends, tackling home improvement projects, organizing just about anything, and baking for those she cares about. She looks forward to continuing to support the ICON team and Ibis Landing in her new role.
